Some of our in office procedures have changed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, if you have traveled in or outside of the United States in the last 14 days, please give us a call, as we may or may not need to reschedule your appointment. In addition, we cannot see patients who are presenting with COVID-19 symptoms, anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days. If you are one of our current patients and fall into any of these categories and have an appointment coming up, please contact our office to reschedule to a later date. Once you arrive in office for your appointment, you will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening process & have your temperature taken. You must wear a mask over your nose and mouth while in our office at all times. If you refuse to comply with our policies, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
